1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Provide your order details, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • Our team will verify the issue and provide further instructions.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us and receiving confirmation. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed as follows:

  • If your return is approved, you will be contacted to confirm a refund method.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

We do not offer refunds for orders refused without valid reason or for change-of-mind returns.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will do our best to replace the item with the correct one.
